How to link your Meta Ads Pixel?

|| Before you proceed, make sure you are logged in to your Meta Business Suite.

We need 2 fields from the Meta Business Manager: The Pixel ID and the Access Token.

Step 1: From the menu select Settings. Under Data sources click on Datasets. Copy the ID from your Pixel and paste it back in wetracked.io in the Pixel ID field.

Step 2: Click Open in Events Manager on the top right of the screen.

Step 3: Click on the Settings tab. Scroll down to the Conversions API section and click Generate access token. Copy and paste it back in wetracked.io in the Access Token field.

How to integrate wetracked.io in Funnelish?

Follow these instructions to complete your setup in Funnelish 👇

|| We track only "Page views", "Checkout initiated", and "Purchases" on Funnelish. In order for "Checkout initiated" to be tracked, please ensure that the name of your checkout step includes the word "checkout".

Please open the funnel you intend to connect with wetracked.io. Please take note of the Funnel ID and enter it into the wetracked.io app. You can locate the Funnel ID in your browser's URL after https://app.funnelish.com/wfunnel/, which is a 5 or 6-digit number.

Click on the settings icon highlighted above to navigate to the settings page.

On the settings page, please take note of the highlighted Funnel domain and enter it into the wetracked.io app. Now, click on Custom codes to open the custom codes drawer.

Then, click on the Create a New Code button to insert our script into the funnel.

How can I prevent over-reporting in my Ads Manager?

Is your Ads Manager showing more results than you expected? Sometimes, other tracking apps, like third-party pixels, can cause this. Even the Ads platforms have their own tracking.

||| ⚠️ To fix this over-reporting, please uninstall ALL other third-party Pixel tracking apps AND disable the standard Pixel tracking in the following apps on Shopify if applicable, which is very important to prevent over-reporting 👇

Step 1: Turn on enhanced conversions

In the left sidebar menu, click on Goals, and then under Conversions, click on Settings.

Please make the following changes to the settings:

Enhanced conversions for leads: Check "Turn on enhanced conversions for leads" and select "Google Tag" from the dropdown menu, then save the changes.
Enhanced conversions: Check "Turn on enhanced conversions" and select "Google Tag" from the dropdown menu, then save the changes.

If you don't have these settings available, then please skip this step.

In the left sidebar menu, click on Goals, and then under Conversions, click on Summary.

How to get started with wetracked.io

|| Before you proceed, make sure you are logged in to your wetracked.io account.

Step 1: Integrate or Add your online store Shopify with wetracked.io

In the left side menu, click Overview and Stores then select Add a new store

Proceed in entering your domain and select the type of check-out. If you're using Shopify without a check-out plugin, you can simply select: Shopify.

Once done, select Continue at the bottom right side of your screen.

||| Collaborator request code

To make sure our platform can access your Shopify set-up, we need the Collaborator request code. You can easily find this in your Shopify admin panel in Settings › Users and permissions › Collaborators.

If you have selected the Anyone can send a collaboration request option in your Shopify settings, then type in "0000".

Click on 'Add store'. You will see a collaborator request in Shopify. Accept this request and you're done!

**Step 1: ** From the menu, hover over Tools, under Management, go to Events.
