Introducing the Pulse Dashboard by wetracked.io
Data is most valuable when it's easy to understand and act on. That's why wetracked.io created the **Pulse Dashboard, **a powerful reporting tool that helps you monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make better marketing decisions from one centralized view.
Getting Started
- Log in to your wetracked.io account.
- Open Pulse Dashboard.

- Click Channels → Add Channel.
- Follow the prompts to connect your Facebook Ad Account

Dashboard Overview
The Pulse Dashboard has two main sections:
Main Dashboard
View key metrics across all connected Campaigns and Ad accounts in one place. This dashboard helps you quickly track performance trends and overall results.
Campaign Dashboard
Analyze performance at a deeper level with breakdowns by:
- Campaign
- Ad Set
- Ad
Use these insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Main Dashboard Features
Store Selection
- Select the store you want to analyze.
- Use the search bar for quick access.
- Multiple store selection is currently not supported.

Date Range Filter
- Choose a specific date or date range to review performance daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or over a custom period.

Metric Selection
- Select the metrics you want to display.
- Reorder metrics by dragging and dropping them.
- Generate reports instantly based on your selected metrics.
Ad Account Selection
- Connect Multiple Ad accounts.
- View data from one or several Ad accounts in a single report.

Campaign Filters
- Select which campaigns to include in your dashboard.
- View Campaign IDs and Ad Account IDs.
- Use the search function to quickly find campaigns.

Campaign Dashboard Features
Campaign, Ad Set & Ad Tabs
- Switch between Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad views for a more organized reporting experience.
- Use the search function for easy access with your Ads, Adsets and Campaigns

Metric Filters
- Filter data based on specific metrics and values to focus on the results that matter most.
- Select a metric, define the filter condition, and enter your desired value. The dashboard will then display only the data that matches your selected criteria, helping you focus on the metrics that matter most.

Table Settings
- Customize which metrics appear in the dashboard table.
Performance Settings
- Set custom performance thresholds for your metrics.
- Performance is highlighted using color indicators:
🟢 Green: High Performance
🟡 Yellow: Average Performance
🔴 Red: Needs Attention
This helps you quickly identify top-performing and underperforming campaigns.
Period Comparison
- Compare your selected date range with the previous period.
- Example: If you view the last 7 days, the dashboard will automatically compare those results with the previous 7 days, making it easier to spot trends and performance changes.
