How to Verify if the Correct Pixel is Linked to wetracked.io
Step 1: Check Pixel in Ads Manager
- Go to Meta Ads Manager.
- Hover mouse to your campaign and click Edit.

- Locate the Pixel Name used in the campaign. Make note of the Pixel name

Step 2: Verify in Events Manager
- Go to Meta Events Manager.
- Select the Dataset (Pixel) icon.
- Find the Pixel and confirm if the Pixel ID/Name matches with Pixel Name stated on Ads Manager
If you haven't linked your Pixel with us:
- Since our app requires both the Pixel ID and Access Token for you to connect Meta. You can gather those details on this part
- Copy the Pixel ID, then go to Settings to generate your Access Token.

Step 2: Check the Pixel ID on wetracked.io
- Navigate to our app, select your store name, and scroll down to the Meta Ads section.

- Click the “Edit” or "Pencil" button next to the Pixel name to view additional details.

- Verify that the Pixel ID linked in our app matches the Pixel used in your Meta campaign.
- If the Pixel ID in our app does not match the one used in your campaign, please add a new Pixel in the app and ensure you input the correct Pixel ID.

Verifying the correct Meta Pixel linkage is a critical step in maintaining reliable tracking and campaign performance. By confirming the Pixel Name, Pixel ID, and Access Token in both Ads Manager and Events Manager, you can ensure that wetracked.io is sending the data to the actual Pixel you have used for your campaigns.
