How to link your Snapchat Ads Pixel?

Before you proceed, make sure you are logged in to your Snapchat Business Manager.

Attention: If you just created your Business account on Snapchat, the Pixel may appear as invalid. If this happens, please wait a day and try again.

We need 2 fields from the Snapchat Business Manager: The Pixel ID and the API Token.

Step 1: Find or create a Pixel



In your Snapchat Business Manager, open the main menu and go to AssetsPixels to access your Pixels overview page.

On your Pixels overview page, if you already have a pixel, click on it to open. If you need to create a new pixel, click Create Pixel, give it a name, and then click on the new pixel to open it.

Step 2: Retrieve and copy the Pixel ID



When the Pixel is open, you will see the Pixel ID below its name. Please copy the Pixel ID and use it to connect the pixel with your store in your wetracked.io account.

If you haven't done so yet, you can also connect the pixel to your ad account(s) here so it can be used for your ads.

Step 3: Generate Conversions API Token.



Now, navigate to Business Details in the left sidebar menu. On this page, scroll down to find the Conversions API Tokens section. If you have already generated an API Token, click the copy icon to use it in the appropriate field in your wetracked.io account. Otherwise, click Generate Token to create the API Token first.

Now you have all the credentials needed to connect your Snapchat Pixel to your store in your wetracked.io account.
