How to add another member on wetracked.io

If you are managing an organization or want someone else to handle your wetracked.io account, you can add them as a member. This allows them to access and manage the account efficiently.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process on how to add a member on wetracked.io account

How to Add an Email Address to my wetracked.io Account:

Open up your https://app.wetracked.io/ account and access "Settings"
Select "Add member" and fill out the details needed.

Adding member

Once you have added the member, they should be able to login using the email address you filled in within the fill-in box
Note: You can also add your other email address so that you can use it as a back-up email in case you are having a hard time receiving login link

If you are aiming to let your employee or specific member to only had access with just 1 store. Don't add them as member on wetracked.io account, instead just let them navigate our app on Shopify app directly.
