How to add another member on wetracked.io


If you are managing an organization or want someone else to handle your wetracked.io account, you can add them as a member. This allows them to access and manage the account efficiently.


In this guide, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of disabling the data-sharing feature in the Facebook & Instagram app.


How to Add an Email Address to a Customer Account:


  1. Open up your https://app.wetracked.io/ account and access "Settings"


  1. Now, click Add a New Member and enter the required details, including the email address, name and the role

Once you have added the member, they should be able to login using the email address you filled in within the fill-in box

Note: You can also add your other email address so that you can use it as a back-up email in case you are having a hard time receiving login link
